By placing an order with Feia Kookies, customers agree to provide accurate order, contact, and delivery information.

Custom cookie orders are subject to review and confirmation. Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee acceptance until confirmed by Feia Kookies.

Shippable cookie orders are prepared and packaged with care. Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Due to the perishable and custom nature of bakery products, refunds and cancellations may be limited once preparation has started.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before ordering.
